RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

RETURN POLICY

Products come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, up to 30 days.

The following products do not come with any warranty. Please contact manufacturers directly for manufacturer warranty.

* Electronic Products
* Electrical Products
* Health and personal care items

To complete your return, please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

1Outlets will issue partial refunds in some situations: (if applicable)

* Book with obvious signs of use
* Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl records.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

REFUNDS

[*Policy Update/ Disclosure: 1-Jan-2021]: In-Store Credit only. In the event whereby a refund is required, 1Outlets will process your refund and automatically issue an in-store credit in the currency transacted within 30 days.

1Outlets will issue a refund back to the same credit/debit card facility, and currency transacted.

DUE PROCESS

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

In the event whereby a refund is required, 1Outlets will process your refund and automatically issue an in-store credit in the currency transacted within 30 days.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to 1Outlets.com Office.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

1Outlets will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
